QAF Fic: And You're The One Vanishing 1/2

This is the story I wrote for qaf_challenges Hurt/Comfort Challenge. Fic wise it's a bit of a departure for me. For one thing it is much longer than anything I've ever written. I've actually had some version of this story in my head for three years. Everything from the way I wrote to how I feel about it is different from my usual writing process.

There is more angst here than you generally find in my stories. There is a lot of hurt before you get to the comfort, but you do get there. It is also AU. Although I guess it's more of an AU/Future fic combination. I changed when and how Brian and Justin meet, but tried to keep as close to canon as possible so it's not really as AU as it sounds.
