Earth Day

At my journal it's still Earth Day since I spent most of Earth Day in the hospital with Aidan. I found two links I want to pass on to all of you.

The first is a contest where you pledge to do small things to go green from a list an you are entered to win prizes including a great Burt's Bees gift pack. I'm not sure if it is open to non-US residents or not.

The second allows you to sign up for earth friendly tips emailed to you Monday-Friday. They are simple and humorous and link you to other resources.

There are some great simple ideas on that makeearthdayeveryday site. I'm going to see if I can turn off the drying cycle on my dishwasher (and remember to take my reusable bag when I go shopping LOL).
