QAF Drabbles
Aug. 22nd, 2008 08:52 amI haven't felt much like writing lately, but I do have enough drabbles for a post. Hope you enjoy one or two!
These drabbles had to include some version of the word “come.”
Title: Predictable
Brian knocked loudly on the door. “Professor, Professor, can Mikey come over?” he sang.
Ben opened the door and sighed, “You’re drunk.”
“Not drunk enough if I can still rhyme. See ‘professor, professor' just like 'red rover, red rover,’” Brian clung to the door and laughed.
More amused than annoyed, Ben hid a smile “He’s waiting for you at Woody’s. I’ll drive you there.”
Brian started to object, but nodded instead.
Ben grabbed his keys and wondered if Brian knew as soon as Justin told him he wouldn’t be coming home this weekend, his next call had been to Michael.
Title: Play Time
“Come here,” Brian called to him through the darkness.
Justin took a tentative step toward the bed.
“Closer,” he encouraged.
Justin turned toward his voice and moved forward.
“Keep coming.”
The low, seductive tone of Brian’s voice made Justin shiver in anticipation, heightening his arousal. Two hasty steps then Brian grabbed him and pulled him onto the bed.
“I’ve got you,” he whispered against Justin’s ear. Even blindfolded, Justin knew he was smiling.
Justin turned onto his back and held his arms out. Once they were tied securely, he spread his legs and licked his lips.
“Come and get me.”
Title: Play Time II
Note: For
xie_xie_xie Follows previous drabble.
Justin loved giving up control. He couldn’t see, couldn’t touch. All he could do was feel. Brian teased him for what felt like hours. Gentle touches that promised more than they gave, broad swipes of his tongue in unexpected places, sudden deep kisses, bites almost hard enough to leave marks on his neck and hips. All at irregular intervals, leaving him constantly on edge, unable to predict what would come next.
“Please,” he begged, desperate for more, as he waited for the next touch to come.
When it did, Brian’s mouth on his cock, he could do nothing but come.
These drabbles had to end with the words “which was perfectly true.” Hardest drabble prompt ever!
Title: Fairy Princess
“So there I was on the playground trying to convince some little hussy to play boring old Wendy because I knew I was destined to be Tinkerbell. She starts crying so this teacher comes over and tells me I have to be Peter Pan because Tinkerbell is a girl. Can you believe the nerve? Well, I set her straight.”
“This should be good,” Ted said, laughing.
Brian just shook his head and gestured for Justin to refill his coffee.
“I told her as I believed I could be the best fairy in Hazelhurst,” Emmett smiled thoughtfully. “Which was perfectly true.”
Title: Finding the Words
Ben stared at the screen, willing his fingers to type. The house was quiet. Michael had gone to bed hours ago, and Ben wanted nothing more than to join him. But he needed to finish this scene, and the words wouldn’t come.
That wasn’t exactly true. Ben knew what he wanted to say, but he couldn’t quite find the right words.
He ran through the possibilities again: “that’s exactly right,” “you couldn’t be more correct.” No, not right.
Another phrase floated through his mind. Not perfect, but close enough for now. Sighing in relief, he typed “which was perfectly true.”
Title: Baby Blues
“If I have to organize one more lesbian baby shower, I’m going to scream,” Emmett moaned.
“Tis the season when a young girl’s fancy turns to thoughts of sperm banks.”
“Please, Brian, don’t remind me. Have you ever been trapped in a room full of women discussing reproductive options?” Emmett shuddered. “I know more about insemination than any self respecting gay man should.”
“What you need is a good dose of cock. Too much time surrounded by Mommies with no Daddies in sight makes Emmett a dull boy.”
“Oh that reminds me,” Emmett said, perking up. “When’s the Leather Ball?”
Title: Long Night
Justin had lost track of time with Daphne, and when he finally he made it to Babylon, Brian was flying high on God knows what and claimed to have fucked his way through all the decent tricks.
Sighing, Justin shoved him into the loft then almost lost his balance when Brian stopped at the top of the stairs.
“Shower,” Justin urged him forward.
“Bed,” Brian countered.
“Shower,” Justin said firmly. “You stink like the backroom.”
“Blow me.”
“Once you’ve washed off, I’ll blow you,” Justin consented.
“Last one in’s a rotten egg.” Brian yelled.
Justin rolled his eyes and followed.
Title: Summer Blues
Justin sighed in annoyance as he approached his apartment. He didn’t know what was wrong with him. He wasn’t sick, but he’d been restless and moody all week. The bright summer sun just irritated him more. Painting hadn’t helped, last night’s outdoor concert hadn’t helped, and today’s walk had done nothing but leave him hot and sweaty in addition to restless and moody.
He opened his door and found Brian waiting. “Hey, what are you doing here?”
Brian shrugged and closed his laptop. “You sounded. . .”
“Yeah, I know.” He greeted Brian with a long kiss, feeling better already.
Title: Interference
Finding Brian wasn’t hard. He wouldn’t like what she had to say, but Debbie knew how to make him listen. Seeing Justin, standing out in the rain looking for somewhere to sleep, had broken her heart. He was one of her boys; he would always have a place in her home, but he needed more than that.
Maybe no one else could see it, God knows it was hard to believe, but Brian loved Justin. After everything they’d been through, she couldn’t let them give up so easily. They needed someone on their side whether they realized it or not.
