I'm glad you identified with Brian because I really thought of this as a story about Justin that Brian happened to be telling. Most of my ideas start with Justin, but sometimes Brian insists on doing the talking. There is a little sadness in this because both Brian and Justin are fighting Brian's limits and trying to decided how much they can handle. I was so influenced by the song lyrics and how they seemed to fit Brian and Jusitn. Especially the line "It's your fate, but it's not your fault." That seems to be the prevailing theme of what Brian occassionally does to Justin. It seemed even more clear to me in Season 4 with the whole cancer storyline and the different reactions Brian had to Michael and Justin.
