The Morning After

“Emmett, shut the fuck up,” Brian interrupted him mid story, closing his eyes and pinching the bridge of his nose. “Do you have to be so God damn chirpy in the morning?”

“Chirpy? Is that like the gay version of perky?” Emmett asked. “Just be glad I have a sunny disposition, and we aren’t all hung over grouches like you.”

“I am not hung over; I’m recovering from a night of chemically induced blissful oblivion.”

Justin rolled his eyes as he stopped by to refill their coffee. “The bitch Anita got him again.”

“Fuck off,” Brian grumbled while Emmett laughed.
